Fees

Counseling is paid for at the time of service. It is frequently reimbused by your health insureance under your behavioral health coverate.

Coaching is paid in advance as a monthly retainer according to the number of sessions per month. Coaching is committed to for a 3 to 6 month increments so that you create a large enough 'container' of time to accomplish significant goals. The monthly coaching retainer includes:

up to 4, 60 minute session per month
Telephone support between sessions
