Pivoting From Limiting False Beliefs

When we find ourselves in judgment or self-other criticism the following decrees/ affirmations/ thought forms are powerful.

I love myself the best I can in every moment. They love themselves the best they can in every moment. We all love ourselves the best we can in every moment.
I am the creation of God, evolving perfectly in every moment. They are the creation of God, evolving perfectly in every moment. We are all God's creation evolving perfectly within the perfect larger picture of GOD.

It is delusional to beat-up on a rose bud for not being a rose. We can tell it that it should be more open all we want. It will open when it is ready.

It is more pleasant and enjoyable for me if I just love it the way it is in the meantime. Applying the same sense of reality to myself is the kind and humble thing to do.

How arrogant to think that I am powerful enough to go off and make some part of myself on my own separate from God that I should be ashamed of. Who do I think I am that I have such power to create separate and outside of the perfect energy of Divine creation?

If something appears askew to me, the logic conclusion is that my perception is too limited to see the perfection of the whole picture. So meanwhile I can be kind to myself and cultivate a sense of trust that all is evolving perfectly, both within myself and the world around me.

In this place of kindness I maintain a flow and frequency in my energy field that allows enhanced evolution. This is my part in free will. I can resist growth by holding on to a story/belief that reality inside and outside should be different. Simply expressed as "What I resist, persists!"

Or I can enhance growth by lovingly embracing and accepting the reality inside and out as it is in this moment. In this energy of loving kindness and acceptance it naturally flows and changes into its next evolutionary form and with it the experience of life changes.

As Katie Byron says, "When I argue with Reality, I lose, only 100% of the time." I always put myself into pain whenever I think, and therefore feel, that reality should be different than it is in this moment. The reality that I argue with reality is also perfect, since that is exactly how I will wake up to what I am creating with my belief.

Arguing with reality is distinctly different from a creative vision of another reality we want to draw into our experience. One is resistance the other is the basis of creativity. Leaning the distinction is a powerful evolutionary step.

Using the suggested affirmations when we are attaching to a painful belief can support us in taking that NEXT STEP into our true creative power.
